Our client is a leading telemarketing company, operating in the B2B sector. An opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive to join their team on a part time basis.
This is the ideal role for a B2B telemarketing or telesales professional looking to develop their career and earning potential with a leading company offering scope for progression.
As a Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for developing client business opportunities effectively on a day-to-day basis, whilst delivering high quality services.
Specifically, you will sell solutions that will add value to client's businesses and help achieve their objectives with the aim of maximising both internal and external revenue.
You will develop excellent business opportunities through the understanding of clients' brand value and services, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded.
In addition, you will communicate progress with prospects and clients and ensure all client records are updated correctly.
You will also need to demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, resilience and personal organisation in order to proactively identify personal development opportunities.
Your duties will include:
- Calling prospects, identifying targets and generating opportunities - Identifying new opportunities, either with new or existing clients - Working with the client business development executive to turn prospects into clients and maximise project results - Researching and presenting findings
To be considered for this position, you must have either B2B telemarketing or telesales experience. A good level of MS Office skills is also essential.
Additionally, as a Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive, you will possess excellent communication and problem solving skills with a strong customer focus and the ability to work well within a team.
Although not essential, business development or account management experience would be a distinct advantage to your application.
